An argument brought up by many about kurts suicide

This is one thing where I can get into hours upon hours of conversation. The alleged suicide note was written in different handwriting then Kurt's that is just one point of many that i am going to bring up on why i strongly disagree with his quote on quote suicide. His heroin stash was emptied and all his credit cards and cash were stolen, I don't know about you but that sounds a bit suspicious.
The next point and the strongest point is that fact that it would of been impossible for him to shoot the shotgun without taking of his shoes. I say with his toes because thats what the police report said. Another valid point is that he was found with his shoes on so obviously there was another person present. The homicide detective until this day are looking to re-open this case because there is to much evidence showing that it was clearly not a suicide.
